Features

This is how you add character to your sash windows. Every window we make is made to order, so you can pick the features that suit your home.

Authentic sash windows often feature run-through sash horns, 90° joints, a slim midrail, surface bars, and a deep bottom rail. Even in uPVC, these features are available to replicate the look of original timber windows.

Please note the cill is integral to the frame, and the sash horn design depends on the midrail chosen (please confirm at point of enquiry).

Hardware

Quickslide sash windows come with two hardware ranges: Classic and Heritage. The Heritage range adds extra charm, with lock and tilt knobs that feel more ornate, perfect for traditional homes.

We also offer additional optional hardware to help you personalise your windows, from restrictors to D handles. Hardware items are available in eight finishes, with our most popular being chrome and gold. Restrictors come in just white, brushed chrome, matt black, gold, and chrome. Finishes may vary.

Colours & Woodgrains

Keep it timeless with our classic white woodgrain for that authentic timber look, or make a statement by choosing one of our trending stock finishes, such as grained agate grey or black woodgrain.

For a truly personal touch, we also offer bespoke colour-bonding. If you’ve spotted a colour you like from one of the country’s leading paint brands, we can match it, giving your sash windows a finish that’s completely your own. Additionally, we can provide dual colourways, granting a unique colour inside and out.
